Windcamp ARK 705

The ARK-705 is an all-round protection designed specifically for the ICOM IC-705. The CNC-machined aluminium alloy completely encloses your radio like a cage and thus offers maximum protection.

Nevertheless, all connections are perfectly accessible, all buttons and switches can be operated without restriction. The practical stand-up bracket allows the IC-705 to find its place in the shack at home. For portable operation and/or transport, the transceiver can be carried by the practical rack handles.

Scope of delivery: ARK-705, 3 screws, 2 hexagonal keys

Sehr empfehlenswert.

Im Gegensatz zum Peovi Carry Cage IC-705, erhält man eine deutlich verbesserte Version, die den Transceiver vollumfänglich umschließt. Die Ausführung ist absolut wertig und mechanisch sehr gut gelöst und rechtfertigt nach hiesiger Bewertung auch den Preis.

Mit dem Windcamp RC-2 erhält man zudem eine äußerst stabile Möglichkeit der Antennenbefestigung. Einfache Mobilantennen für 2m und 70cm oder KW-Antennen mit Wanderleitung lassen sich direkt und standfest aufschrauben. Die Erdungsschraube, die vermeintlich der Montage des ARK-705 zum Opfer fällt, ist lang genug, um ein Radialnetz anzuschließen. Meine Empfehlung: Direkt dazu bestellen.

Der IC-705 sitzt "satt" auf der Befestigungsplattform. Der Käfig hat einen ausreichenden Abstand zum Gerät, sodass Scheuerstellen nicht entstehen können. Das Gerät kann entweder gerade oder durch Aufklappen des Bügels mit angenehmen Blickwinkel aufgestellt werden. Bei geradem Aufstellen sorgen vier Gummifüße für rutschfesten Stand.

Diese Lösung ist nicht nur funktional eine Bereicherung, sondern sie wertet den Transceiver auch optisch noch auf.

Sehr empfehlenswert.
Sauberes Design, ist in wenigen Minuten montiert.
Das Produkt umschließt das IC-705 komplett, dadurch wird das Geät optimal geschützt.
Die Anschlüsse bleiben zugänglich.
Die Verarbeitung und die Optik ist hervorragend.
